CGW
^ I power wash my house, yard and driveway yearly after the rainy season, 95% of the paint stays on, the ~5% thats comes off gets touched up, I standby what I said, if the paint comes off by just washing it, the paint had never adhered correctly in the first place, it is a crappy paint job! my mid-priced Psi washer which I would guess has about 1k nozzle Psi is not capable of stripping paint off if it is a acceptable coating, sure I could buy a high end Psi washer with 35k nozzle Psi that would strip paint off a car, but we are talking about cleaning mold which entails washing walls drives etc, you should be able to do so without the paint coming off.
