I didnt say I couldnt get one , just that the staff at 7/11 said they couldnt do me a top up voucher.

If it was that they'd run out of the old fashioned cards I'd understand.

CP own the master franchise licence for Thailand. Hence CP controls 7/11 in Thailand, even the non corporate franchised stores.

Seems big retailers are trying to beat up suppliers to get better terms than their rivals, sometimes they hit upon a nut to big to crack.
