lopburi3
Registration at any District Office is how it is done - but if he is a foreigner he must obtain a signed document from his Embassy/Consulate providing bio data and fast he is not married (most Consulates will have a prepared form to fill in) and then that has to be translated into Thai and registered with MFA as a legal document. Normally a translation agency can take care of that without the need to visit Bangkok yourself. Most Embassies will have full details on there web sites. petermik
As lopburi has stated he has to prove he is free to marry at the UK Embassy in BKK who will then issue him with a form confirming this,he then needs to have this officially translated into thai and registered at the MFA. blackcab
He will need to make an appointment online to visit the British Embassy. Once he has his affidavit of freedom to marry he can leave it with a reputable translation company. They will do the rest, and send the translated and legalised document back by EMS. There is no need to go chasing over Bangkok doing it all yourself.
Preacher
The MFA part can be done in CM as well. They have an office at the ground floor of the provincial hall.
