So its me and my three Kids, living in Khon Kaen,  the wife has her own insurance she pays yearly for it.  So looking for health coverage for me and the three kids.  We like the Bangkok Khon Kaen hospital so if the insurance accepted that hospital it would be best.   Our current travel insurance expires 1 December.  Would like to pay monthly if possible until March when i will pay for the year.  If anyone has any ideas of where i might purchase health insurance please let me know.

BUPA has its Khon Kaen office on the ground floor of the Baan and  Beyond building at the BigC on Mittrapap. Sit across from a human being, maybe? Bangkok Hospital KK is part of their network.
