Lexus second end car maintenance in Bangkok

Hi All,

 

Any Lexus owners in Bangkok can tell me where they bring their car for maintenance in Bangkok (other than Lexus/Toyota car dealer)?

I am thinking of buying a second hand LS400 and don't want to have overpriced maintenance like in car dealer shop

Another question a bit more general: when changing engine oil by myself in my home country, I can dispose used oil at shop like B-Quick or ACT. Is it the same in Thailand? If I bring them used oil, will they accept it and dispose of it (I am ok to buy my new oil from them too)?
