UK Passport collection

Hi guys,

I have a new UK passport waiting for me to go and collect from Trendy, but cannot get there until Friday. Is there a time limit to collect? I forget to ask the lovely lady on the phone as i was quite excited :)

I can recall posts stating they will keep the passport for 30 days before returning it.

I think there may be a limit of around a month, I picked mine up earlier this year and waited 2 weeks from being told it was ready to collect it, it was no issue and nothing was said
