Wrong - it's WAY PAST time for the grownups to take over!   It'll take the next eight years just to reverse the loss of credibility internationally and re-establish some understanding of the very meaning of government domestically.  The wingnuts have thoroughly convinced the masses that's it's all about entitlement, i.e., "what the country can do for ME..."  They and their socialist BFFs have convinced themselves that this was all some sort of stolen and pyrrhic victory for the Republicans, and still don't really have a single clue anywhere among them how or why it happened.  The moaning and whining won't stop any time soon, that's for sure.

What entitlements? Social Security, I paid for it-worked hard for it, Medicare, I've paid for it since the git-go and can't even get it now, food stamps because I was out of work and my son was hungry, Aid for Dependent Children-Welfare to you right wingers, because I was out of work and my son need to live, public education most pay taxes if they can earn enough money, well the 1% don't pay much and corporations even less, Veterans benefits, paid for often with blood, you want to call that an entitlement, OK damn right we're entitled to medical care and money, we earned that with sweat and blood. No, the "entitlement" crowd are the idiots that want to abolish all welfare,  etc. as sociolism (don't even know what that means) and yet yell "hands off my Social Security" at the same time. Your public libraries, police, fire, water, sewage removal, garbage pick up, road, bridges  are all socialist. Everybody pays, everybody should benefit. Of course the 1% that pay little to nothing don't give a damn except for what they think they are entitled to.

 

Grownups, what grownups, a bunch of misogynists, racists, bigots, climate denying, Wall Street criminal/banksters, right wingers, including a crazy general (Flynn)? Give me a break, filling the swamp with alligators.
