It's a thing with them, Southwest.  Makes flying a little bit enjoyable.

 

Here's one from a recent (Oakland-LAX) flight I had with them: "Do not stop using your oxygen mask until told to by a uniformed crew member.  You can, however, discard the instructions of any naked crew members."
