Hi all,

There was a great thread on this topic in 2011, but wanted to confirm current rates for a prospective business.

I'll be needing about 35 MT of wood chips transported 30-60 km every day. Last figures I saw in the 2011 thread were about 3-4 thb / km per ton for shorter distances, although it was a one-off shipment. I'd like to be conservative in my planning even though I imagine I could negotiate a lower rate per km based on daily trucking needs. But is that 3-4 thb/km/ton still a good figure to work off of?

Thanks!!
