One of us is American. Could the other sign something and the American spouse gets a judge to order a divorce?

 

Just wondering, as returning to HKG for (I forgot, 6 months? ) for filing won't work for us.

 

And the marriage was never registered here in Thailand. (They wanted some silly document which would cost thousands of Euros to obtain).
