Unbeknown to me my Thai Girlfriend put me on her sons Birth Certificate as the Father,  I am not, I had a DNA Test to confirm this.

Would he qualify for a U.K. Passport ?

Please no trolls, just honest answers.

Getting a passport and being legally entitled to it are two different thin.

Seems the child is not legally entitled to it.

If OP has a problem with being on the birth certificate he can repudiate the child as his and have his name removed from the birth certificate.

If you made a false declaration and your countersignatory was none the wiser then there is a 99.99 per cent chance the child would receive a UK passport without any queries at all.

Yes he would. You're on the birth certificate. Your GF will have to sign s statement that she agrees to him having one.

The process is relatively straight forward.

I was actually on TV to see how to renew my son's UK passport??????????????

I didn't know this. I know that for a married couple the wife doesn't have to do or sign anything other than provide some documents.
