90 day report after issue of marriage extention

Featured Replies

I just recieved my 1 yr marrige extention in my passport today from chiang mai immigration , it wasnt til i got home i noticed there was nothing in my passport about when my 90 day report is due

My question is - is it 90 days from today or 90 days from when my application was under consideration which was 1 month ago when my last extention expired as i got 11 months on my passport til dec 2017 at immigration today

??????

If it was your first application the 90 day report is due 90 days from the date you applied for the extension.

It not your first your report date would not change. You will do the report on the date shown the receipt for your previous report.

The last time i didnt do a 90 day report as i travelled to singapore for a few days & came back on the 31st of oct & got stamped in until my visa expired on the 8th of dec & applied for renewal on 6th dec , so does that mean my report is 90 days from 31st of oct or does my visa renewal count as a report

Your report is due the 28th of January which is 90 days from the date you entered the country.

Your extension application did not count as a report since it was not your first extension application.
