Do you stay in Pattaya? If so, go to Wattana IT Shop, opposite Foodland. It's a certified HP shop. Good and fast service.

Do you feed a single sheet?

Does it try? (hearing a sound, then error message)

 

Reach into the paper feeding tray by hand (the devices are low voltage).

There is a flap/hatch.

Push it down and try to shove in the paper deeper to the tray.

 

Then try again.

Or:

put a thicker staple to the tray.

 

If no success, see above post

 

I have a 2060 and often the first attempt for a single sheet fails.

 

Try cleaning the feed rollers with alcohol using a cotton swab.
