Anyone know if 3BB has a problem in Chiang Mai? My internet is out and am unable to get through to 3BB  as all their representatives are 'busy' which is rather unusual.

No problem here in Tonkham (nr railway station)

Ta...after several attempts I have finally got through to them and they are checking for the Hangdong area

Apparently due to all the rain, cables are getting wet. Therefore the Internet has been up and down like a whores drawers.

In Mae Rim 3bb was good until a little while ago and the it started dropping out.

Yeah internet yesterday and today has been a little iffy.

I have 3BB and TOT, yesterday TOT was down for a few hours. No problems today.

Generally have very few problems with 3BB who I have found to be far better than TOT

Mines bits of copper but its still out.

I'm experiencing a random connectivity issue. It appears this problem as existed for several days.

Perhaps, due to areas of flooding, the main 30MB truck from Bangkok is experiencing quality problems.

Has it been raining?

All good in Hang Dong - all day.....

Possibly a local wet connection problem in your area.....A couple of months back ours got REALLY slow.....They sent someone out to check and clean the pole connections and all was good......They must have follow up called 6 times to make sure everything was good after the repair - great service....

Not for me it wasn't in Sansai. No problems here.

Been having issues since Tuesday evening. Takes several tries to load web pages. Didn't call.  Seems to be fine after this afternoon though.

Having DNS troubles with 3bb in Chiangrai off and on today

I have CAT 30Meg down and 3 Upload, Fibre Optic, B1650/month.

Reception has not been as good as normal for say the last week to 10 days.

I see 3BB offering 200 Meg down & 50 upload for B1,200.

Anyone with  practical experience ?
