Any special meaning? Chinese Buddhism, it's a symbol of the power of light over darkness (good over evil) if I remember right. HI, Bulldozer was asking about the beach and surfing. I actually am not sure of the best time for that. Sa Pa certainly gets a lot colder into Jan, feb time.
