Photos showing a university lecturer wearing China’s Hanfu costume while his students held up their phones to document the moment went viral on Twitter. The lecturer in the photo was identified as Ajarn Kittichai Pinno of the Faculty of Archaeology at Silpakorn University. He was teaching a class about ASEAN languages. He told Morning News yesterday that the first reaction he received from students was surprise, but the youth quickly became extremely interested in the lecture. waldroj
"...This teacher went above and beyond to make sure his students paid attention..." Wielding a big sword may have helped too !!! That said, every educator needs some "attention grabber" (like a big stick) if they can't engage their students by their charm alone (or a thirst for learning on the student's part). Many older Aussie expats should remember this guy (he was one educator that certainly didn't need a big stick):

Brer Fox
All that proves is that the lecturers are as stupid as the students. What hope do the the students have to get qualified outside cheating. University academics live in another world far removed from planet earth. Not just Thailand but everywhere.
