Dependent Extension

If a person works in thailand with WP and either non B or 1 year extension. Can the parent of that child get a dependent extension? If so,is there an age limit for how old the child can be?

The child can get a get dependent extension based upon the parents extension up to the age of 20. Over 20 it is not allowed unless the child is disabled and is dependent upon the parent for support and care.

The Parent must have an extension of stay. Not a Visa.

It's the child who work and live in thailand. And the question was if the parent could get the dependent extension. But I suppose not when the age limit was 20 year......thanks

Your post was not clear. This part confused me "If so,is there an age limit for how old the child can be?".

If the parent is 50 for over they can get an extension as their child's dependent.
