Changing last name after marriage past 60 days

Featured Replies

Hello guys, my Thai wife and I got married last year and I have a question.

We officially got married in August 2016 but didn't change her last name since we had visa applications and other things processing - now that everything is clear, we are ready to proceed.

We have in hand the marriage certificate (koro 2) and the witness white paper (koro 3) that were issued by the district office in August. The ministry of foreign affairs states a 60-day timeline, but we'd like to head your opinion on how to proceed with the name change before we head to the district office. Any other documents or explanations that we need to?

Thanks
