This is an amusing post. First of all, this is not a police matter. This is a civil matter. In nearly any country, the police would refer you to the courts. If he has enough cash, and wants to sue her, he can try the courts. If he has alot of money to spend on lawyers, and is willing to invest several years, and get involved with a justice system that is nearly completely broken, and rarely sides with a foreigner over a Thai person. What the hell. 

Police will just go to the woman n ask for money n the case will be closed .. next
