Hello Everyone. I am currently in Thailand on a 30-day visa exemption and have already received one 30-day extension. I'm planning a trip to Cambodia soon and want to return at a land border crossing. My question is can I receive another 30-day exemption and then one more 30-day extension before it expires? This is my first time back to Thailand after two years.

Another question is, Could I now apply for a 60-day tourist visa at the Thai consulate in Phnom Penh after having already used one  exemption? And could that tourist visa also be extended?

No problem to get another visa exempt entry and a extension of it.

You could get a single entry tourist visa after having a visa exempt entry. You can get a 30 day extension of the 60 day entry it allows.
