Going To Court

Featured Replies

Dear forum.

I have a case going about passport. The case is about 2 year old. I already went to jail for about 3 month - and then i get bailed out for thb 300.000.

I had 6 cases, and i go to court and get it reduced to 2 cases: overstay and use of fake passport. Then they allow me out on bail again on the same thb 300.000. (sentence 2 month for overstay and 10 month for use of fake passport.

Now i fight my case trough a lawyer for about 2 years on the higest level court - and now i a few days i have to go for the final sentence.

In the meantime a got a wonderful son. He's soon 1 and a half year. (farang with thaigirl)

MY QUESTION: Anybody get trough similar? What do you think will happen to me now? Any advice?

Thanks.

Criminy, ninety odd hits and no reply.

Makes me suspect you are a troll of the worst kind.

Well, its highly unlikely there are many here who have been charged 6 times and had it dropped to two (one of which is a fake passport) --so suspect he's got no takers because no one can relate :o

And of course, the dodgy ones out there who might relate are probably smart enough to not reply :D

Puzzles me why a farang would use a fake passport when an authentic one must be cheaper and easier to get.

quick southman - there is the first bite on the hook

:o

Don't sweat it mate! Decent folks will ALWAYS be welcome in the Land of Smile! Hehehehehe :o

"Don't sweat it mate! Decent folks will ALWAYS be welcome in the Land of Smile! "

Do you have that on your computer as a macro?

Are you by any chance a missionary?

One of the more unusual 'virgin' posts and as sbk said, few people have the t-shirt.

You are surely able to pay your lawyer for two years to handle your stay on fake passport :o

Now surely you can afford to do your time.... Or?

:D

You must be a weathy guy, or do you have financial assistance from somewhere else? It would cost a lot of money to handle a case in the "highest level court".

It's very hard to answer your question if you can't offer more specifics about your crimes. I would say that after you have finished your time, or after you case has been finalized you will be deported.

I would say deported for sure, travelling on fake documents is about the worst of the worst these days. I think it would take megabucks to buy hisself out of this one.

As sbk said he is in a class of his own here, boldly going where no man will admit to going before.

He has a "wonderful son" "(farang with Thai girl)" but no other references. Assuming both are still around and are Thai citizens he has two choices:-

1. Say goodbye to both of them for a long time.

or

2. Try and get them visas to his home country. As a convicted (possibly) criminal with a PNG stamp in his fake passport! :o

PS I don't think the second one counts.

or

3. Get deported, get another fake passport and return to LOS! Go for it, double header, back to back convictions. At least he won't need to come here for advice. :D

Yes, this cost me a lot of money - most of the money went to black wholes, 90% of the people that wants to help are cheating and make worse.. so they got my balls really :o

It looks like this panel mabe not the right place to discuss this case. Anyway i am not a troll for sure.

Best of luck to you. I am afraid that when it's all over you will get deported though.

No, I cannot relate directly to the original poster's problems. But I have this friend that I met in a bar, he was a German count (or maybe a Transylvanian baron; they talk similarly). Although Gerhard was born in Bermuda, his nationality is Belizean passport, and he lost his Algerian visa between Rwanda and Tasmania. So, he borrowed his buddy's Nepalese passport (those guys look like twin brothers) with its Etruscan diplomatic stamps, and....

It happens to the best of us buddy. You take er easy. :o

no worries mate, may happen to everybody! cant decide sometimes on which passport to travel - the green, blue, pink one?

but then again, am surprised that they even let you stay here.

up to you to decide if you prefer to be thrown out of the country and blacklisted or spend some quiet time in a cosy, protected local jail.
