Concrete rings for lemon trees

Gotta start an inquisition on my Mrs brother whose a real toerag.

 

So we purchased 20 concrete rings for accomodating lemon tress. I'd say they are aproximately 50cm wide/ radius maybe +/- 10cm.  There aprox 6 cm thick. Look pretty standard see em all over the place.

 

How much are these in the shops please? Shops in Issan.
