BANGKOK: -- PM Prayuth Chan-ocha decided to continue his Workout Wednesday policy, even after the Phra Nakhon district governor collapsed during the exerciseand was later pronounced dead last week.

It was reported that, following the tragic incident, an ambulance was standing by at Workout Wednesday as Prayuth joined workers at the Government House in a 20-minute aerobics session yesterday.

After that, Prayuth spent 10 minutes playing football with Weerachon Sukhondhapatipak, his deputy spokesman.

Keep that defibrillator handy.

Also maybe teach CPR BEFORE scheduling the mandatory exercise program?

I think it's excellent

...and burn incense and pray the ambulance will not get stuck in traffic jams caused by "this is my road Hi So drivers"

Hmm, the way he looks while boxing shadows it seems he's already majorly pissed for coming up with the whole idea in the first place.
Too late to retract now soldier, however good to have the ambulance ready in case he gets his next 'fit of temper' ...

Overweight, fat cat pussies !

And who says the PM is not a thoughtful person.

"...an ambulance was standing by at Workout Wednesday as Prayuth joined workers at the Government House..."

This is one junta initiative I fully endorse - only hope it works overtime !!!

What a great role model for Thai's nationwide. He should have his own fitness magazine. A bit like this:-

" It was reported that his staff bothered him with calls during the aerobics, but that Prayuth was so committed to his workout that he took the call and kept the aerobics going, "

No, if he was committed he wouldn't have had his phone with him in the first place, never mind take the call.

Really get's on my tits when someone spends half their time in the gym on the phone.

At my school on Wednesday classes finish early (3:00 instead of 3:30) for this crap. What a dick this guy is. Lets improve education in this country be reducing time in the classroom even more. Brilliant! What's going on with OUR world. Run by fkn idiots.

This shouldn't be funny but for some reason--probably the little general playing tough like a Steven Seagal movie set where Seagal is allowed to hit cast members but they aren't allowed to hit back--this OP seems like a Saturday Night Live or Monty Python skit.

Hope they have an expat driver or the risk factor for being transported in that ambulance may be greater than the risk of exercise.
