Is There a Universal Photography Discussion Group / Forum ?

I know there are some real champions in this Thai Visa forum, and I do welcome your suggestions !

But what I am really seeking is a broad world-wide perspective as opposed to a "Thai-Visa-centric" (if that's a word) perspective.

 

Can someone please recommend a favorite discussion group / forum of such character ?

Much of what you are looking for can be found in the sub forum " Photography Equipment and Tools ".

This is a sub forum of Photography and the Arts.

I have opened (at least temporarily) a topic " Universal Photography Discussion Group "  in the above

sub forum and have pinned it. In the meantime, I will chase around to see what can be found to help

you out for what sounds like something we need here.

We have a few good members, who help other members with advice on photography  ... as Ron says, Post away !

Depends what aspect of photography you are particularly interested in. Gear? Post processing? Composition? Lighting techniques? Specialised subjects (portrait, sports etc.)?

 

Try the forums at DPreview. Gear-centric but many other categories.

 

Flickr has groups which cover many aspects.
