can i divorce easy and get the child custody ( 3 years old daughter )

if i have solid evidence that my  wife is a prostitute ?

evidence like 3 detective reports from 2 country's ( Australia & Germany )

and 2 website with her picture in a bordello  & mobile phone conversations with boyfriends-customers .

i don't trust allot the THAI courts or lawyers

you thing i can win with all this  ?

how long time and money i will need to finish all ?

 

ps:

my daughter is not in Thailand and she is here with me right now ,

i already win the custody in my country but i will like to win also in Thailand

and finish this marriage  .

why i care for Thailand ?

because maybe i will visit the country one day again like a tourist

and i don't want to arrested in the airport for kidnapping etc.

and if i visit Thailand i will never go together with my daughter in any case

Very difficult question. What I would do is get a Thai lawyer and/or propose a financial "settlement" with the mother.

Interesting how a court in Australia gave you custody without the presence of the mother, or at least a lawyer acting on her behalf.

 

My late brother filed for custody for his 2 daughters when they were young, the late mother of his children, was an alleged X sex worker, alcoholic and drug user, I say alleged, because I never saw her selling herself for sex, drinking like a fish or doing drugs and was allegedly living with the Sergeant of arms of the Comanchero bikie gang back then we they split up.

 

The court advised that the Sergeant of arms had an extensive criminal record, including firearms offences, drug related offences etc etc and suggested to the mother that the children could be at risk living in the same household of such a person and suggested she find alternative accommodation for the children within a 2 week period or the court could give full custody to the father, the mother said to the judge; that he had no authority to tell her who she could and could not live with, on the contrary the judge said, well I am not leaving him she stated, with the judges swift reply being; "full custody to the father effective immediately", badda bing, badda band, badda boom.

 

But wait, there is a happy ending, the girls were 5 & 7 at the time, it cost my brother $160,000 in legal fees, he raised his daughter and put them in a private school, when the oldest one turned 16 she moved to her mothers and of course the 14 year old went too, suffice to say, my brother went to a lot of bother, for what.

 

I have a daughter back in Oz who is now 20, from one and a half years of age I shared custody equally with her mother, up until December we had a good relationship, suffice to say, she no longer talks to me now, and I have no understanding as to what brought it on, but hey, that's her choice.

 

The moral of the story is, careful what you wish for, my best mans kids didn't want to stay with him anymore, aged 7 & 9 at the time, now adults, he said to me at the time, mate, if they don't want Dad, then Dad moves on, not going to get stressed and fall apart over it, I said your a hard man, but now I know what he means, so to speak.

 

From as far as I see (with respect), your X is making an income, if the kids are not in harms way, then what's the problem.

Post her face photo, and see how many TVF members say that were her client.

I never believe anything anyone posts here, or on any non reviewed validated content type site. It could be anything from mere opinion to trolling or subversive agendas as you suggest. Know the quality of your sources.

i did not know what she doing

she always so good with lies

and never say the truth even for simple staff

she never tell me she had for example 2 more children with Thai man

1 boy and one girl

abounded in her village and sending 5000 baht per month .

the girl is today tom-girls because somebody from her family rape she small and

I had "kidnapped" my daughter from Thailand 20 years ago. No legal consequences in Thailand. The mother did not sue me. But your situation is easier because your daughter is with you already. So you need not worry. Of course when you bring your daughter to Thailand you may not succeed to take her out again because your wife keeps her passport. It is also possible that your daughter wants to stay with her mother when she is older, And finally in a few years you may wish that your child stays with the mother so that you have less burdens.
