Most of us old geezers don't have an MD, which is amply illustrated by some of the advice being offered here. 😉 A good AI can be surprisingly useful for this sort of thing, particularly if you have a detailed, iterative conversation with it rather than just asking a single question. Describe your symptoms, when they occur, your lifestyle, medications and supplements, medical history, and anything else that might be relevant. It can then ask follow-up questions and help you narrow down possible causes and sensible things to discuss with your doctor. That will probably give you more useful and structured guidance than trying to make sense of hundreds of supplement recommendations and advertisements on Google. Obviously, it doesn't replace a doctor, but it can make you much better informed before you see one.
