What are the current document requirements for extending/renewing an O-A Retirement visa in Sirindhorn?
I thought there was a list in one of the pinned posts but  I can't locate it. I found another post saying you need three copies of the forms.

Here's my notes from last year:

2x-Passport all pages

2x-House owner's Tabian Ban

2-xHouse owner's ID card

Notarized income affidavit

2x-Passport photos 4x6 cm

TM6 departure card

2x-Completed TM7

Fee

Still the same, or different? What's the fee for multiple-entry? ฿ 3800 or ฿ 5000

You only need one TM7 form and one set of supporting documents to apply for an extension of stay based upon retirement (is not a OA visa).

The fee for a multiple re-entry permit is 3800 baht.

Copy of passport photo page and pages with any stamp or visa for Thailand on it and TM6 departure card.

Fee for the extension is 1900b aht.

I assume the Tambien ban and ID card is for proof of residence and is your wife's.

On your last entry to Thailand on your O-A Visa, when it reached the 'enter before date', it expired.

You are now applying for an 'extension of your permission to stay' in Thailand.

It is a 'permit', not a 'Visa' and does not allow entry into Thailand (as a valid Visa would) which is why you must obtain a 're-entry permit' if you intend to leave and re-enter during the validity of your 'extension'.

You only need two copies of documents if applying for an 'extension' based on marriage, otherwise it's one copy.
