February 7, 20179 yr A simple daily rate is 300 baht. Up to you to pay what you think they are worth. This Is Thailand..... but be realistic and pay accordingly.

February 8, 20179 yr I have lived in Thailand for over 20 years. Wages for restaurant work and home help are finally taking off. I know several Thais who are asking and getting 500 baht for half day cleaning (no laundry, no food prep) There's a growing middle class that can afford to pay that much and the people willing to do it on an irregular schedule are becoming scarce.
