Jonathan Fairfield
Tourist sent flying through the air by elephant in Thailand [video] Footage shows woman washing elephant with sponge in river in Thailand. Clearly unhappy at being touched, he reacts by throwing her into the air. Woman is seen getting up at the end of clip, seemingly unhurt.

Briggsy
That could have easily have been a serious injury or even a fatality. There seems to be around one dead or seriously injured tourist every year due to elephants. The dangers of interacting with elephants is habitually underestimated by tourists and habitually downplayed by the Thai tourism industry.

connda
Things I have no interest in. Getting close up and personal with elephants. Petting tigers or any other alpha predator who would like you for dinner. Snake shows. (We have had cobras in the back yard. No need to pay money) Monkeys, monkeys, monkeys. (They can stay in Lopburi)
Gracas
She was doing a poor job and the elephant made it known. Next.

If any body in the profit chain gave a damn tourists would not be exposed to male elephants for a start.
