Import vat paid to revenue department

Hi friend

i have a shipment of goods import in from Vietnam in mid November 2016 n paid the import duty and vat in November 2106 

but my staff forget to submit the vat claim the for input vat for this import goods for the month of December 2016 my staff only submit the output vat por por 30 only so ended I have to pay the full amount output vat with out claiming the input import vat amount which i just found out today 

can i still submit the input vat claim for my import goods from November 2016 in the march 2017 monthly por por 30 

i will not ask for a cash refund but would keep the credit in for future use
