Sewage fouls Najomtien beach

PATTAYA:--Foreign tourists contacted the media Feb. 7 about the water and beach contamination near Najomtien Soi 2 where black, murky water had killed fish and spoiled the sand.

 

The situation was exacerbated by the smell of rotting marine life.

 

The foreigners complained that the wastewater was emanating from a nearby flood-drainage tunnel outlet and they insisted authorities tackle the matter immediately before it gets worse.

Its been said many times before "its only an algae bloom" nothing to worry about !
