steve2112
i just had a wart removed on my chest and as usual i got a drug store full of pills, including the always popular antibiotics. i was reading this thread but its closed to new comments now anyhow, i found this interesting https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1678238 i'm not a fan of taking unnecessary drugs and i'm healthy in every other respect, so i think i'll skip them, unless someone has some contra-advice? thx
robblok
Its standard to get loads of antibiotics here.. i recently got bitten by a dog.. and did decide to take it because the wound was turning red. However for a wart on your chest that was removed by a surgeon (presumably clean) and the wound kept clean.. not so sure you should take it. Sheryl
Would not be done in the west (the abx). Assuming sterile technique was used, no reason to take abx.
