There used to be a great outdoor Issan restaurant at the end of Soi 4 Sukhumvit maybe soi 4/ sub soi 18. Is it still there? 

Try google street view...that could help....I dont remember seeing it.

Thanks for your reply It used to be advertised by a poster next to Day and Night bar - re google et al I've had no luck with on line research - re google maps - i do not find them very good for Thailand I use Here and Now.  Thanks for your input.

You can do street view and look right down soi 4 from car level.
