February 18, 20179 yr Recipes like stuffed pork loin require tying up. What sort of string is needed & where can you buy it? Presumably standard string from Tescos is going to contain toxic elements unsuitable for cooking. Cheers

February 19, 20179 yr Toothpicks are fine. However, count them and make sure you retrieve them all after cooking. Dental floss (unwaxed) is a good substitute for string. However, any undyed, 100% cotton string is fine.
