Six years ago we bought a Toshiba counter top oven, the very deluxe ER-GD400C model with microwave, convection, steam, high-heat steam, and all the bells and whistles.  Cost about ฿28,000 at the time.  We use it every day and find it indispensable.

 

Recently however, it has shown some wear and tear.  The enameled sheet steel liner was corroded in places.  My wife says she saw sparking on the microwave setting, but all the functions still worked.  Anyway, we called Toshiba to quote us to refurbish it.  They came and took it away.  A few days later they sent a quote for ฿4076, which we accepted.  It was two weeks before we got the unit back, but it's now indistinguishable from a new machine.  Every feature looks and works like new. 

 

So, we like the product and the service from Toshiba.
