Cheesus
Hello everyone :) I'm moving to Thailand soon and i'm planning to stay in Kathu for longer period(1y+). I would like to live in nice looking condo(not thai style) studio or with 1 bedroom. I heard prices for rent are very attractive there, comparing to neighbour districts. I was thinking about just going to every condo in Kathu and asking in receptions about available rooms. What you suggest is the best way to find good deal? I'm guessing i should stay away from rental agencies.
schlog
Have a look at ddproperty.com to get a feeling about the renting market. Then drive around and get lower rents by direct contact. It's a buyiers market so you will have no problem to get a good deal. Mysterion
There are dozens of websites available for you to research. Facbook groups also. Location is key. Anything not within relatively convenient walking distance to a western beach will be allot cheaper for you, and thats where the buyers market is.
