Hello fine Thaivisa business folk

I'm wondering about tax claims on mortgage interest. My husband (Thai) and I bought a house last year. Is it possible for me to claim the mortgage interest on my taxes even though the mortgage is in his name? We are legally married. He is informally self-employed and does not file taxes at the moment.
