Wissanu defends sending 46 of Thailand's finest officials to defend Thailand's human rights record.

Yes, the plan is to overwhelm them with "understanding".

I wonder if they can even find 46 delegates who can speak english at that level.  

If its anything like the army or BIB each one needs to have 2 or 3 fluffer attendants. Its like Mirror mirror on the wall who is the greatest of them all in human form.
