Impressive lot wonder if they will appear yet again in future swoop and scoop operations with no one in the house of course.

Well it would be a shame to use the collection only once - after all it must have taken some time to assemble it...

Ko tee.. otherwise known as Isarn rambo.. Google him.. oh i forgot you rather not have your precious reds connected to arms.. and killings yet.. they get connected to it all the time.

Ko Tee and Isarn Rambo are two different undesirables Rob.

Of  course it does  not  occur in the thinking  of those  who would  take every chance to vilify anything in Thailand  to be invalid that a change in the circumstances of those  left to safeguard the location of  such secret  caches might  eventuate  in the legitimate discovery.

Consider  for  a moment that this is an RTP  announcement. And  by that I infer the consideration  of previous widely announced presumptions affiliations.

Regardless of that at least a cache of arms  is  now eliminated  from the potential use endangering the public.

Yes must have taken some time and money to assemble it.. but with a rich financier in Dubai who ultimately calls the shots its not like the red shirts are lacking funds for their killing sprees. Maybe they can buy it back from one of the red shirt police generals that were under order of the capo not to help the anti government protesters that were killed by these animals.

I mean if you can air speculations so can I

Fact remains this guy is known for his violence and on the run, so maybe he had no time to hide his collection better. Its not like there are no dumb criminals around. If they were all smart nobody would ever get caught.

Whatever happened to sutheps monk mate who had armed security guards in front of his protesters. He must still have munitions. Oops, anti Thaksin. He must be ok.

Actually unlike Ko Tee.. the pop corn man is in jail.. how is that for bias of the courts and police...  sorry.. I don't play the role of political persecution as well as the red supporters on here.

The guy shot someone.. and should be in jail and is.. well done end of story.

The guy has supposedly fled the country, so how come it has taken all this time to search this extreme leader of the red shirts property, not unless this home made armament factory  was placed there last week..................................................:coffee1:

I love these 'armament perp walks' - must be some calendar reminder to hold one of these "events" to justify a crack-down? Most of the kit is ancient - is that a Thompson machine gun which the termites have feasted on, and anything decent has been sold out of the back of the nearest military depot.

The ammo clearly looks like military-issue; hopefully they'll track that down and do an inventory?

And what's up with the license plate?

And why is no one pointing?

Ancient or not.. it can still kill, but yes downplay it, anything showing that the red shirts are an armed wing that do the bidding of the PTP must be downplayed.. can't have the world see that a "democratic" goverment has an armed wing of terrorists to do their bidding.. because then they would know that the PTP was not really democratic.. but only got voted in and that was it.

Maybe the same reason why the tax from Thaksin was collected so late.. incompetency. Not everything is a setup or complot no matter how much you want to exonerate the redshirts.

If people are going to be this irresponsible and try to hide weapons and illegal stuff everywhere, then it will not be possible to leave the reign to any of the elected speices.

Yes, the ruling part get like they want, and can stay in power for another 65 years! Actually not so bad!

Police have no credibility.  Why should we believe them?  Could this been another attempt to discredit the Red Shirt organization?

There has always been speculation that the junta cries "red-menace", "third-hand" and "men-in-black" when they are starting to feel (rightly, or just a paranoid response) like they might be losing their iron-clad grip on the country.

There have been arms-cache photos in the Thai press for 40+ years - they always look the same by the way - always when the military is ruling.

If it works why change?

Efficiency is not really something they are known for... they could not even catch the abbot.. so to claim this as unusual is stretching it.

This guy was known for his violence around chang wattana against the protesters.

Strange how they have just searched and found the weapons when they state he has been out of the country for a number of years/ not been seen/ unable to be located since almost the date of the coup.

Some may suggest this to be just a coincident. Some may say why have they waited so long. Others may say this has a certain stink about it but a very predictable one.

Your really funny... do you know who used third hand term... during the killing of the protesters, Charlem and his CAPO. Just look it up .. they must have felt threatened.. they knew their time as crooks was up.

Do remember that the CAPO never found any red terrorist killing the protesters, but they found the pop corn man quite fast... shows how bias they were.... There is always bias.. PTP or Junta.. they go after their enemies first. Now PTP had their time now its the junta its time to go after PTP criminals.

Your assuming the Thais are always effective..never postpone things.. you see how things work in this country.. and expect the police and military never to mess up.

You seem to possess useful evidence about Ko Tee.  Why don't you send it to the RTP?

I only see the military and oolice mess up everything they are involved with. Im still waiting for anybody to name a single police or military investigation where they would be proud to state this is the competence in which they undertake their duty.

If its that hard to name one, it is not hard to doubt the truth of anything they are involved with, especially when they  seem to be better at seeking media attention, than solving any crimes.

What evidence do I have on him ?

I was saying that the popcorn man shot someone and should be in jail and is in jail. Ko Tee should be there too.

In order to convict someone, proofs are needed. If Ko Tee is not in jail, it may be simply that there is no proof.
