Before the street crackdown , I was always amazed how many people had street stalls ,

I  wish them well with the New World order ,  being pushed into seller "ghettos" away from customers ,

 

And where did all the Klong Thom weekend sellers end up at ?

I don't think that's true. Yes there are a lot of businesses but there are tens of millions of people. 

And owning your business means you work harder than a person who has a job and there's no guarantee that you make more.
