i used an SCB mastercard (debitcard) and asked them to activate it

so i can do internet banking. it makes possible international transfers

without it they cannot extract money from your account

 

for proof of residence they photocopied the visa stamp from the passport

theres no need for anything else (like a utility bill or something with

your name and address on it)

its ready for collection

i am wondering if i have to collect it soon

now is not a good time----can i collect it after 2 weeks?

like, is there any danger of them shredding it because

they think im not interested in having it?

They have stated they will hold them for a month. Perhaps longer if you inform them.
