Definitely, old trick, get a used popcorn bag ( the type you use for microwave popcorn) and put them in that. Setting on high for around 3-4 mins and I can vouch they go brown and it works.

Good on yer Minnie the Minx. Of course real taters and a chip pan full of lard produces the best results, but sometimes improvisation is required.

I used to see microwave popcorn for sale all the time, but I never see it now, I am always looking for it.

I have just tried that Minnie, and they don't, they are still soggy and not in the least bit brown.:sad:
