Does anyone know where the eye doctor that was on the Nathon sea front has moved to???

It's a bit of a lucky game that a Samui local will look into this Health&Medicine thread.

thank you for moving this to the proper place. This eye doc is/was used by many foreigners as well as Thais  Very good!!!

I visited him a few months ago .. still in the same place .

 

Had not heard that he had moved ..

went by his shop yesterday cleaned out with a phone # taped to door that I can't seed to connect to

Not heard or seen that  he had moved either.... Perhaps you could ask at Samui Hospital if they know where he's gone... or whether they have an eye doc there now.

I just happened to park in front of the Nathon Eye docs old office this afternoon...

The sign says something to the effect that they have moved to near the traffic lights near the old Samui Immigration road ..I think on the main road!!!

 

So perhaps give them a call.and get the exact new location... one usually needs to make an appointment anyway!

 

Perhaps someone could give the new  location if they find out!

 

Their English is pretty good!

So that looks like heading into Nathon from the old imitation office....

Or  coming out of Nathon, it would be on the right side, just before the lights! (which sometimes are working sometimes not!)))

I guess it will be close to morrow Sunday, but I will have a look anyway to be sure where to go when I will have an appointment.

OK I went yesterday, it was closed reopening to day Tuesday.

Coming from Lamai, going to Nathon it is maybe 100 meters after the trafic light of the old immigration office on the left side of the road, so imppossible to miss, for the people who do not know/remember the old immigration office it is also the road for the Nathon hospital.

 If sooner or  later the big advertising panel should be taken off it is next to a Lawyer office with a big "LAWYER" sign.

We had to use this today therefore here are the latest details:

 

- The clinic is located 200m before the old immigration office crossroads on the seaward (right) side of the road (driving from Naton).

 

- Contact: #08127 36940 ( "Phut Chong" was written on the door; written as heard from wife)

 

- Opening Hours: Mon-Fri 1000-1500hrs; Sat 0900-1200hrs. Closed Sunday.

 

We (wife and child/patient) were finished in less than 30 mins at THB 650.

Actually about 40 meters. Next to the real estate shop (Coco) with the prominent dragon headed bench you might have seen before
