You need to get your single certificate certified by the ministry of foreign affairs in Chaeng Watthana.

Once you got it, you will need:

For you: Original passport, Work Permit (otherwise, letter of address from your embassy), single certificate.

For her: Original ID card, passport (not always required, but she'd better bring it in case), tabien baan (household registration book).

Then, you will need 2 Thai witnesses. Everyone must go together to your local district office and they'll register the marriage on the spot and issue the certificates (in Thai).

Your single certificate, more usually called an affirmation of freedom to marry, must be signed by you in front of a consular official at the Indian embassy in Bangkok This official also signs to say they have witnessed your signature.

You must then have it translated into Thai.

It is the translation which has to be certified by the MFA.

I was in Thailand as a 30 day tourist when my wife and I married. Being British I had no visa of any kind in my passport, just the entry stamp. As I had no address in Thailand, I  had no letter from my embassy confirming my Thai address.
