Only at a hospital, prescribed by a doctor. The only form of these drugs sold over the counter are creams for the skin.

 

These are very serious meds and if you have a condition that requires them, need to be under close medical supervision in any event.

 

If you can indicate what the problem is, I may be able to suggest a doctor.

 

Cortisone injections and prednisone tablets are used in rather different contexts, with the former mainly used for one off short term (and often urgent) needs while the latter is used more for longer term conditions.
