You're falling hook line and sinker for a false narrative Taylor Swift has been spinning, that she's now only hanging out with female friends, because, poor her, she can't hang out with her male friends because it's just misconstrued as sexual. She has repeatedly complained about the countless remarks about her extensiive boyfriend list. So she tried to explain this list by other means. However, there is a problem with this narrative. Swift herself, by virtue of being in the entertainment business, has had the opportunity to hook up with some of the most desired, celebrated, successful and best looking men on the planet. And naturally, Taylor Swift wants the world to know about it, narcissist that she is, so she has written countless songs about each and every one of these encounters. If you look at the lyrics of these songs, it is clear that these are 1) based on real events, since she references actual events such as the Met black tie gala, where she indeed met the man she hooked up and 2) the songs are so full of resentments, heartache and descriptions of intimate moments that it is clear these are deeply felt real traces of real relationships. Her longest relationship was 6 years with Joe Alywn. He may have been the love of her life, but he was too sensitive, delicate and low key for the party beast Taylor Swift, who always wanted a public romance. When Joe refused to propose she ended it. If two people in showbiz are discussing marriage it is safe to assume they've had sex. Due to this rel lasting 15 months and ending in real acrimony it would be inconceivable this was not a sexual relationship. Australian Aged Pension
I'm not sure of the rules he was under, but he didn't seem to be under pressure to do much. Transition to the pension was very easy as already on benefits. Left within a week of receiving the pension. Heavy smoker but strangely gave up when he returned to the Philippines where smokes are so cheap. Used to return to Sydney every 6 months as he only had 22 of the 35 working life years required so he could receive the full pension. Sadly, passed from emphysema last month. -

Just avoid those places as I do, e.g. if it's not all in the bill and I see a 10% surcharge and 7% on the menu, I get up and leave if I have already seated myself. -

There was an article that was posted on the KSE website about 3 weeks ago titled "Expert Urges Government To Raise Tax For Foreign Condo Buyers". The concerning part is the following info from that article: If any of these 4 proposed taxes get imposed then it will bring about a screeching halt to foreigner condo purchases in Thailand. It could also be another reason to cause a mass exodus of foreigners already living in Thailand. Thailand has seen a recent uptick in condo sales to Chinese and Russian buyers over the last two years, people who might not care so much about the taxes because many of those buyers were just trying to escape their own country. But that is likely to have already largely stopped. The number of Russians flooding into Thailand to buy property and avoid the war in Russia has probably steeply declined already. And the Chinese economy is in trouble, so the number of new Chinese condo buyers has presumably also plummeted. The problem with all this new taxation on property is that it would also affect all the foreigners who have already bought condos in Thailand in the past. This would be largely unfair. They should be grandfathered under the old laws because they bought prior to any of the newly proposed property tax laws on foreigners. Who knows how realistic any of this is. But if they start taxing foreigners on their worldwide income, and then on condo ownership, it's going to be devastating to the local economy as all that foreign money finds much greener pastures elsewhere.
