It looks like filimon.com isn't free anymore

Featured Replies

In the last few yrs I've used filmon.com to watch bbc news and RT tv. Now when I go to the free section to try to watch them it reverts to the subscription page after a few minutes.

They want $14.95 a month which I think is steep. I think they are dreaming that someone is stupid enough to pay that much.

Does anyone know another free website where I can watch the above 2 channels?

thanks

I never understood the meaning of FAKE NEWS, but I guess this belongs in that category.

I just tried them out and they all freeze after 3.30 min.

And no it doesn't say redirect to local setting, it says starting local proxy, because it uses F4M tester addon to play the stream.

So may be your kodi was on for 3 hours, or youy are confused between hours and minutes, because the Filmon streams in Phoenix don't play for longer than 3.30 MINUTES

Maybe just pot luck ?  this morning it has been on non stop for 1.5 hours on ITV OK is night screen and showing whats on for the rest of the week on ITV running in background .. check again and it 100% say's 'Redirect to local setting'........  I did try BBC for the News but that did cut out after 3 minutes...

Note: yesterday evening Filmon did not run on the Android box more than 2 - 3 mins at a time on Phoenix, or on any of the other add-ons that use Filmon

Just upgrading my PC first to Kodi 17, and was checking in my old Kodi what was installed and if I wanted to also put it on Krypton 17..   Phoenix will be a yes because it has Crusader 88 which is good when visitors stay and there main language is not English..

No idea if it makes any difference ?  on very old laptop XP is Kodi  FRODO 12.3...  old Android box is HELIX 14.2 both cannot run Krypton 17...... PC Win 10 is ISENGARD 15.1 and the 4k Android box running marshmallow 6 is Jarvis 16 both these will update to Krypton 17,  already on the PC as of yesterday still more sorting out to do before deleting  ISENGARD 15.1

Do you see what it says in the Phoenix info " what is new" ? It says F4M Tweak.

Then look what it says when you start up a channel. Does it say 100% say " redirect to local setting" or does it 100% say " starting local proxy " , which is the F4M tester getting implemented?

Now if you can post a screenshot like the one below, which shows the channel is playing already for more than 5 minutes  (I even don't ask for 3 hours), I take back my words and apologize to you.

Until then I consider this FAKE NEWS, and would suggest you stop spreading false rumours.
