These 3 stabilizers have done heaps of work in the last 8 years. They are on the 3 phase PEA input to the house. They have survived (at least 1) Open Circuit neutral from PEA and a High Resistance neutral connection in the PEA meter box. When I built the house and connected the power the stabilizers were working like mad hunting all the time, thought it was normal for our small village until a cane truck took down the power feed to our house. It was repaired by some phantom in the night, the power problems got worse and PEA would not check their side, said it couldn't be them. Anyway, found all the PEA meter connections loose and had to cut and re-terminate the neutral as the end was burnt. Since then (couple years ago), stabilizers have been fairly quiet. So I think Lioa is a good brand and would stick with them if possible. -

Agree, so the thing they have to decide between is Harris and Trump. Hmmmm, decisions decisions. Harris is still in the honeymoon phase. That could well end soon and then it's between a horrid woman and a less than desirable man. They had the same choice in 2015 and went for Trump. November is going to be a doozy. I'm predicting that it'll be a cliffhanger till the end. -

I wouldn't say that. However, there is the law and then there is natural development. Over time and cultures, sexuality has been all over the map. In current African tribes, humans as young as six are allowed to have sex and are instructed by adults how to both give and receive sexual pleasure without any emotional/societal hang ups. Some tribes, the prospective groom has to have sex with one of his brides aunts to make sure he is good enough in bed. If the aunt determines he is not very good, the wedding does not proceed. The Himba tribe often share their wives with a house guest. Even in the US, age of consent was at one time rather low by today's standards. Heck, in the California 70's, the girls in my junior high were the sexually aggressive ones, and it was way more than I show you mine and you show me yours. In 1880 in the United States, the ages of consent were set at 10 or 12 in most states, with the exception of Delaware where it was 7. -

You are joking, right? Thaksin would love to be PM until 90 if people would let him do that. Finally he seem to have understood that the majority of Thais don't want him anymore and don't want his party anymore. So instead of losing an election he doesn't even participate in it. This way he can at least dream about he would have won it if he would have participated. Thaksin does nothing for any noble reason. He did lots of things to benefit himself and his family and he was often smart enough to convince the masses that he is their savior, and he only does it for them. Good that by now more Thais woke up and don't accept his BS anymore. And for the record: I was here since before Thaksin started in politics. And when he started about the first thing that happened was his so called "honest mistake". They should have, and could have, legally stopped him at that time. -

Hong Kong policeman’s fatal fall from baht bus sparks safety outcry
I seen a drunk fall from a baht bus in Pattaya, and lucky for him he only bruised his ego. He got up and stumbled into a near by bar. I guess this Hong Kong guy was not as lucky. I like the baht buses, very effective and low costi I just try not to get that drunk, and so far so good.
