I found them behind Avenues on the road to Soi Buakhao. Gonna be death to pedestrians if they are all occupied as the road is narrow and has NO pavements even though it was constructed not that many years ago. If anything exemplifies the lack of thought exhibited by the city council, it is permitting hundreds of new apartments on a narrow road without pavements. BTW, the buildings are really close together and have zero view, except of other buildings. Boy, I rilly, rilly want to live in one of them . newnative Posted May 16, 2017 Share Posted May 16, 2017 Not for me--I need a view. If it's the project I'm thinking of, I believe it recently changed developers and changed its name. Hopefully the new developer will get it finished but I would suggest not buying until it is done. Here's a tip--avoid small, under-financed developers in the pre-construction and construction stages. If you must buy off-plan, go with a well-financed Bangkok public company like Sansiri, Lumpini, Supalai, Trust, etc. If they get finished, there's a chance these condos can be sold--even without seaviews--because the location is popular and there aren't many new condo projects, other than The Base, in the immediate area.
