Hi everyone,

Im interested in a 22 rai land with 15 years old trees,we are talking about 100.000 thb per month less workers fee,krabi has enough rainfall i guess.

 

The transportation will do by myself,do you now what exactly i need like land mark or something else to make everything in the right way?

Foreigners can't own land, you have to register a Thai company and buy the land with your company. Or put it in your wife's name and hope you can trust her.
